This position will report directly to the Director of Online Business Sales & Marketing. The individual will be responsible for affinity and partnership online business marketing. The role includes identification, assessment, negotiation, offer strategy, and implementation. The B2B Web assets include VerizonWireless.com, My Business and Extranets. The key goals are online subscriber addition, customer loyalty (including churn) and revenue generation across the entire base of B2B on-line customers. This person will be the primary voice of online business partnership/affinity marketing as the lead interface to all the functional groups across the enterprise in order to drive enhancements and change business practices, as necessary. Looking for a strategic thinker and self starter, who has both sales and marketing experience, and can build online partnerships from the ground up.
. Research, develop, and establish strategic programs in support of online business goals to expand existing business through gross adds, revenue and transactions. . Identify and develop key long term strategic partnerships to support adds, revenue and acquisition goals. . Identify and develop key promotional partnerships to support specific marketing programs. . Conduct market research, financial modeling and strategic analysis for all programs.
.Develop marketing/business plans, which incorporate customer requirements, define competitive arenas, and establish the objectives, strategies, and actions required to execute against the new opportunity.. Coordinate internally with Online Marketing Departments, Marketing Communications, Marketing Strategy, Sales, Ops, Creative and Legal teams to execute against all partner deliverables.
.Study trade journals, industry news for up-and-coming businesses who are in need of strategic partnerships; stay in tune with latest trends for online partnership opportunities. Become actively involved in industry conference and in trades, building a stronger voice among community and increasing list of contacts for future programs.. Create/Optimize partnerships in the business online channel by being an expert in the industry, meeting with partners and building effective online marketing programs.

Requirements:
6 - 8 years wireless telecommunications experience - preferably in Business Marketing, CRM or Partner Management
.This individual must have strong marketing, management, and relationship building skills and a good working knowledge of online marketing of telecommunications products and service technologies.
.He/She must be creative, goal oriented, detail oriented, and highly organized.
.Proven management experience with ability to lead and motivate
