MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

 

 

Responsibilities:Provide high quality service and support to Eons members and clientsRespond to requests regarding advertising opportunities, technical issues, account inquiries, and click activity/reporting requests and analysis.Report and track member issues and feedback.Write FAQ and knowledgebase articles.Report Bugs Be part of an exciting new start-up and contribute to our success and growth!

 

Qualifications:  1-2 years of experience in either customer service or support. Experience in web-site support a plus.Excellent communication skills ? superior writing skills a mustAnalytical problem-solver with a drive to exceed customer expectations.Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail Ability to think pro actively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and result-oriented High energy level and productivity BA/BS degree
