Online Ad Trafficker

 

This position will be cross-trained in all areas of eMedia ad operations and technology; you will work as part of a team that manages the production, technology, tracking, billing and fulfillment of advertising campaigns for all VNU eMedia properties including Billboard.com TheHollywoodReporter.com and AdWeek.com.  Our candidate should be able to provide excellent service to our clients and sales reps, and understand the sense of urgency inherent in working with a sales organization.

 

Responsibilities:

 Perform basic ad operations such as scheduling ads and running reports for our internal sales staff and clientsResponsible for making sure creative is delivered on time and testedWork closely with internal site producers to ensure proper site taggingTroubleshoot all ad problems, including problems with creative, ad serving and reporting

 

Skills:

 Bachelor?s degree and demonstrated proficiency with Internet technologies. Ad Serving software a plusMS OfficeUnderstanding of HTML/XML coding, Web Browsers and ability to edit using basic text editorsComputer Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows and MAC OS)Understanding of the variety of email clients and versions
