Job Description: Tribal Fusion, Inc. seeks an entry-level Online Advertising Associate to fill a position in Emeryville, California. Tribal Fusion is implementing a new application-based Insertion Order and workflow management system. The Online Advertising Associate's role will be to help transition the company's current paper-based system to the new Order Management System (OMS). Transitioning to the new system is a high-priority project for the company, and the Online Advertising Associate must fully understand the intricacies of Insertion Orders and how online advertising works.

This position is full-time and must be on-site.Responsibilities: Fully understand Tribal Fusion's OMS, its purpose, capabilities, and all functionality
Learn the roles of various groups in the company related to the OMS and obtaining, reviewing and approving advertiser Insertion Orders
Migrate paper-based Insertion Orders to Tribal Fusion's OMS
Liaison with other groups in the company (Sales, Account Management) as needed to clarify Insertion Order data prior to migration
QA/QC all Insertion Orders entered into the OMS

 

 



Qualifications:

 B.A. or B.S. from an accredited college or university
Highly comfortable with computers and new applications/interfaces
Extremely detail-oriented
Takes pride in quality of work, and strives to be error free
Can work at a fast pace in a high pressure environment
Ability to stay focused while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
Technical skills (Excel, HTML, Flash, iFrame/JavaScript) and/or industry experience a plus
