Job Title: Online Marketing Analyst

Job Description: In this role you will analyze daily site traffic at Oprah.com using leading Web analytics system (Omniture) and deliver analysis/recommendations that support content/feature development, marketing programs, ecommerce sales, and ad sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:
? Assume full responsibility for a reporting portal that provides daily summary/analysis of key traffic metrics and provides actionable recommendations to Oprah.com staff and senior management
? Using traffic data obtained from Omniture in combination with historical trend analysis create monthly traffic and ad inventory forecasts
? Through path analysis provide recommendations to content and design teams that maximize performance of landing pages and related links
? Conceptualize, draft and implement end user surveys that determine end user requirements and preferences
? Determine effectiveness of email marketing campaigns based on analysis of open and click through rates.
Qualifications
? Strong analytic skills and experience in traffic analysis and Web analytics systems
? Sufficient technical background to understand and manage implementation of Web analytics solution (i.e. Omniture)
? Experience setting up reporting systems to track key metrics, forecast tracking, and results optimization
? Hands on experience analyzing web data and marketing performance data
? Hands-on experience with organic and paid search engine optimization projects and a proven track record of increasing search engine rankings
Requirements
? 5 ? 7 + years in an online marketing role with a career showing progressive levels of responsibility
? 3+ years experience with Web site analytics tool such as Omniture, Web Trends, or Web Side Story
? 2+ years direct SEO marketing experience, including keyword research and development
? Bachelor?s degree, advanced marketing degree preferred
