New York based consulting firm seeks Analyst, Online (Website) Measurement
Responsibilities:Engages key project stakeholders in the development and design of website measurement solutions contributing to the definition of overall measurement objectives to meet business objectives and drive website optimizationLeads technical developers in the customization and implementation of online tracking systemsAnalyzes online marketing and website user behavior using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide succinct recommendations to improve website performance and business objectivesDesigns and executes testing and measurement plans designed to improve quantitative and qualitative business objectivesMaintains currency in the latest trends within the web and online marketing measurement sector, as well as areas of integrated marketing, CRM, website user behavior and Web 2.0Provides strong communication of measurement insights to Client and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate:Seeks experience working in a global agency environment with Fortune 500 Clients Holds a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, financial analysis, computer science, or economics.Possesses very strong Excel and quantitative analysis skills, including knowledge of intermediate level statistical analysisHolds 2+ years experience in the online marketing or website analysis, including understanding of online measurement systems' infrastructureHas experience with any of the following online measurement systems: Omniture, Hitbox (WebSideStory), WebTrends, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, ClickTracksKnowledge of online marketing, lead generation, e-commerce and Web 2.0 business models, terminology and business historyUnderstanding of database design and analysis conceptsIs willing to become part of one of the fastest growing and most sought after skill-sets in digital media
