We are seeking an Oracle Portal Developer (Requisition # 3754) for our Washington, DC location at L'Enfant Plaza to meet the software development requirements for an FAA customer. The Developer will design, develop, test, deploy and support the Portal applications using Oracle tool suite.

Candidates are required to have a Bachelors Degree with 6-8 years related experience. Required experience will be as follows:
* Proficiency in Oracle Application Server architecture & Portlet design, application design, development, and testing (3+ years)
* Strong proficiency in PL/SQL (3+ years) in development of the Portal website
* Proficiency (3+ years) in developing in Java/J2EE, ASP/JSP, HTML, Java Script
* Familiarity with n-tier architecture environments with MS Internet explorer, Apache/HTTP web servers, Oracle Portal, and Oracle 9i/10g databases.
* Experience in assisting junior developers and troubleshoot technical issues
* Ability to analyze the data involved and provide adhoc reports as needed
* Must have very good communication skills, be a team player, and be a self starter on software development initiatives.
