Our products are media focused web sites applications for primarily the youth market in the US and abroad. Experience with developing products for the 15-25 year old market is high desirable in this User Experience Group position. If you can think like an 18 year old and like having fun with new media - Games, Ringtones, Graphics, Video and more ? media that defines the mobile youth at school, home and work ? then you can help us design products to sell to them.

You will work closely with product owners and other visual designers to develop and improve mobile user experience, usability, and functionality. Primary responsibilities include: designing the user interaction model and user interface; creating prototypes; and translating usability research findings into design improvements.
Experience in the mobile product space is highly desirable.

Responsibilities include:

?Utilize the principles of user-centered design to translate business and functional requirements into user flows, wireframes & page layouts that clearly and elegantly communicate interaction ideas.
?Presenting user experience interface concepts and design approaches clearly and convincingly
?Creating implementation specs for the team in the form of a User Interaction Guidelines
?Acting as a resource for implementation troubleshooting, etc
?Working with the creative, web development and engineering teams to meet requirements for projects
?Support team in performing usability studies and translating findings into design improvements. Plan and facilitate testing of paper and interactive prototypes.
?Be the user advocate in brainstorming, team interactions and solution reviews.


What you will need:
?Understanding of mobile space ? highly preferred
?Excellent written, oral and diagrammatic communication skills

?A Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Computer Interaction, Design or a related field
?3-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: online site design or interactive media
?Experience working within design teams and collaborating with engineering teams.
?Experience with task analysis and modeling, usability methods and testing
?Online portfolio of live sites is required
