About the Program Manager ? Mobile Local Search/Content Integration Opportunity

The specific focus for this role is to drive projects that integrate mobile local search and content by working with third-party content providers, engineers and business owners. Projects involve integrating large amounts of content such as yellow page and residential listings, maps, movie/event listings and directions and delivering it to multiple devices, accessible by millions of on-line and mobile customers. You will help the team meet their challenges by balancing the needs of third-party content providers while working with engineers and business owners to define and implement new features and functionality. To be successful in this role, you must be collaborative in nature and comfortable in a role that is often externally focused. Your ability to be proactive and accountable for meeting deliverables will serve you well. Essential Job Duties

*Provide technical program management for multiple simultaneous projects.
*Gather requirements for third party integration.
*Deliver accurate estimates and solution options to internal customers, and assist in the presentation of the potential deal to the executive team for review and approval.
*Prioritize, schedule, report and present solution options that tie to measurable business drivers.
*Manage projects through their entire life cycle, beginning with conceptual designs and completing with the ultimate deployment of the code to production.
*Manage all internal communications for projects and assist in the escalation of any issues relative to effective project completion.
*Conduct support activities for service interruptions when they arise, and assist with all internal communications relative to Root Cause Analysis and Service Level Agreement impact of service disruption events.
*Coordinate maintenance windows as required by the enterprise.

Required Skills, Education & Experience

*5-10 years program management experience in a software development environment ideally with 2 years on the .NET platform.
*Demonstrated experience in working with a small team (5 to 10) in medium size engineering groups (30-50).
*Software development experience on Windows preferred, with exposure to HTTP
*Experience with office and project management tools, specifically Excel and MS Project
*Customer interface skills and experience
*BS degree required; CS degree preferred
*Database & Object-Oriented Development experience preferred
*Wireless experience preferred
*Experience with SCRUM a plus
*Demonstrated experience in functional requirements gathering and documentation
*PM certification desired
