QA Manager / Test Driven Development Manager

We're looking for a leader who will help our Engineering teams develop exciting new projects for Internet Brands' websites. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through the full software life cycle; ideally, you will have a strong development background and be eager to build the tools and develop the processes needed to maintain rigorous quality standards.

This is a senior role that will work closely with development, project management and business stakeholders to ensure the quality, reliability and robustness of our applications.

Required Skills:

* Experience working in a fast-paced internet environment,
* Strong technical, project management and communication skills.
* C, C++ or Java development experience
* Unix shell and at least one other scripting environment (perl,
ruby, or python).
* Ability to read and understand technical design documents
* Ability to design test plans for complex applications
* Thorough understanding of software testing methodologies
* Solid troubleshooting ability
* Basic SQL
* Proven results oriented person with a delivery focus.
* Bachelors Degree in CS or equivalent work experience
* Your references should speak glowingly of you
