Regional Online Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a marketing professional to manage regionalization of Wells Fargo's online marketing efforts. Role will be responsible for leading Internet Services Group's (ISG) efforts to establish and implement initiatives designed to leverage the capabilities of the online channel to support regional marketing and acquisition efforts. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to identify and leverage opportunities that will enhance the role of the online channel in supporting Wells Fargo?s regional marketing efforts and make them even more effective by extending the benefits of the online channel to our offline partners. He/she must have strong influencing skills and be able to motivate, collaborate, and coordinate efforts among a range of business groups within ISG and and elsewhere in the Bank.

The position requires developing effective partnerships with both internal and external teams to provide strategic direction for the implementation and management of a range of online marketing efforts, including working with the regions to create content pages on wellsfargo.com; leveraging regional sponsorship and marketing efforts through online channel marketing; and online marketing through wellsfargo.com and third-party sites.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the areas of:
- Online media (both search and display)
- - Online and offline direct marketing strategies and tactics
- Data analysis, trend analysis, performance reporting, etc.
- Agency/client management

Success requires:
- Demonstrated talent for collaboration, problem solving and innovation
- Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and tactics relating to Financial Services products
- Experience navigating and working cooperatively across the Enterprise and the ability to obtain deliverables from team members in a non-reporting relationship
- Skill at building strong plans/marketing strategies and overseeing the delivery of high quality, timely execution
- Creativity in developing new and effective programs or new approaches to existing programs
- Tactical leadership and the ability to set priorities, manage cross-department deliverables and meet budget projections


Minimum Qualifications: - 7 to 10 years of related experience in either online or cross-channel marketing strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven team and project management experience
- Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
