Regional Sales Coordinator in New York City

Citysearch is looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for providing sales support for all outside sales team members within a multi-state market. The Regional Sales Coordinator will focus on making sure clients needs are met, working with sales and production to ensure timeliness of client service, and fulfilling campaigns that the Sales team sell in the field. The Regional Sales Coordinator will assist in the achievement of the region?s revenue goals and will work cross-functionally to ensure timeliness of client service as well as client satisfaction. A Regional Sales Coordinator?s goal is to ensure the success of the sale by providing operational and administrative support for their Sales team.

Responsibilities

Providing full Sales support to the regional outside sales teams by entering sales contracts and customer account data.

Heavy phone contact with clients regarding ad information and account inquiries.

Working with sales management to help facilitate the achievement of revenue and client retention goals.

Proofing content information to ensure quality and accuracy of ad copy.

Acting as an Operations liaison between the production, traffic and content teams and the client to ensure customer service and production fulfillment.

Verifying and entering customer account data and content information for sales packet submission to production as necessary.

Editing creative, re-sizing images and reserving inventory.

Qualifications

One to Three years experience in a coordinator or sales support position.

Previous experience working as a liaison between sales and internal departments

Strong data entry and organizational skills.

Intermediate level or above in Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer. Photoshop a plus.

Ability to multi-task between administrative, operational and client contact activities.

Ability to meet deadlines and coordinate client-related campaigns cross-functionally.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as time management and prioritization abilities.

BA or BS degree preferred

Ad agency, online/offline advertising experience is a plus.
