WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
 Reporting to the VP, Internet Marketing and Online Stores, the Relationship Marketing Manager - Internet is responsible for driving traffic, conversion and profitable growth for Benchmark Brands online stores.  This individual is responsible for developing and managing all affiliate and strategic partner sales and marketing programs while ensuring consistent brand positioning.  The Senior Manager works closely with the acquisition, retention and operational teams to execute and analyze programs that meet defined sales and profitability goals. This position is responsible for third-party vendor management (Commission Junction, Performics, Linkshare, etc.) as well as developing partnerships that expand the company?s online reach.  The successful candidate is creative, strong relationship builder with an analytic mindset and a bias for action.
 
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
? Develop, execute and manage cost effective Affiliate Marketing promotions to increase the active affiliate base and drive profitable customer acquisition through the program. ? Work closely with and serve as day-to-day contact for affiliate and strategic partners. ? Create and manage partner communication initiatives, such as newsletters, forum, community boards and personal contact, to drive revenue.? Report and analyze daily, weekly and monthly metrics to strategically optimize our affiliate intake. ? Test, identify and implement highest converting offers and landing pages in support of improving affiliate sales performance? Work with creative to optimize banners and landing pages to improve overall effectiveness of campaigns and ensure programs are meeting sales objectives. ? Coordinate technical integration and creative needed for adding new products to affiliate program.? Continually leverage new tools & industry best practices. ? Monitor trademarks, ad ware and coupon codes to ensure that affiliates and strategic partners work within the confines of the program guidelines. QUALIFICATIONS
 ?  BA/BS Degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field?  4+ years of experience, with 2+ years managing and directing online marketing programs; online experience in affiliate marketing strongly preferred?  Previous experience in a account management, sales, or direct recruitment role?  High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously ?  Outgoing personality and desire to work in a collaborative environment?  Excellent business acumen, quantitative skills, and problem-solving capabilities ?  Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE FOR YOU
