Retail Store All Positions Available - iSold It on eBay Naples, FL

iSold It, the #1 Seller on eBay, and the nation?s largest new chain of ?clicks and mortar? eBay drop off stores, has immediate full time & possible part time openings at our store in Naples, Fl & Bonita Springs, FL.



All Successful candidates MUST:
Have a proven eBay track record with positive feedback rating
Attention to detail
Be Tech Savvy ? able to quickly get up to speed on internal systems and our auction management software
Be a highly motivated self-starter excited about working in this new retail environment
Be personable and enjoy interaction with customers
Be willing to work weekends and retail hours



All Employee Responsibilities will include:
Customer service, photography, listing, packing and shipping.
Providing first-rate customer service to eBay bidders and store customers
Optimizing store work flow and appearance, supply ordering, etc.



Manager Responsibilities / Qualifications will also include but are not limited to:
Have previous experience managing people, process or projects
Be experienced with eBay (experience buying and/or selling on eBay required)
Know how to use the Web as a research tool
Resolves customer conflicts and issues
Supervises store employees hours and performance
Working up to 6 days per week (40-50 hrs.)
Initiates new business
Answers buyer inquiries on items
Participates in facilitating the continued growth of iSold It of Southwest Florida
