SR. ONLINE PRODUCERS/PROJECT MANAGERS

Syndicatebleu a creative recruitment boutique is currently looking for experienced freelance Web Dev. Producers/Project Managers. 

 

YOU MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE (please do not apply unless you have this qualification)

 

The position requires that you understands both the technical and creative sides of online website design, development & technologies and can manage a broad range of online projects.  You must understand all major standard web technologies (i.e. Flash, html, java, etc).  Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and smoothly. You must have at least 2 years project management experience in an ad agency.

 

The Producer/Project Manager must be comfortable working with suits and creatives.  Ability to client interface a must. A complete understanding of all aspects of online project process from concepting to traffick is required.  In this position you will manage a project from beginning to end and all aspects in between?scheduling, budgeting, asset collection/coordination, manage kickoff meetings, organize internal & external project resources, ability to give comprehensive and accurate direction to team members and finally you must be over the top organized. 

Requires:5-8 years online project management/producer experience at an advertising agency (this is a must)Excellent understanding of current technologiesAbility to organize & coordinate even the most complex projectCapable of managing and organizing large teams and resources (both internal and external)Holds up well under deadlines, stress and multiple varied deliverablesWork well with varied type of team members and clients.
