Internet Sales Representative - Government Sales

 

Mitten Fluidpower Inc., a supplier of hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems founded in 1971, seeks a take charge individual to expand its business with state, local, and federal government customers.

 

Position is responsible for:

1.  Researching sales opportunities for fluidpower products on various government web sites.

2.  Developing cost quotations for the purchase of material, assembly, packaging, and shipment of the product.

3.  Submitting bids and monitoring bid activity via government web sites.

4.  Managing the fulfillment of orders to assure customer expectations are met.

 

Requirements:

- A high degree of organization, attention to detail, efficiency and motivation.

- A minimum of 2+ years experience in an industrial supply or manufacturing environment with Sales, Customer Service, or Purchasing responsibilities.

- Strong computer skills, including Internet search and retrieval techniques.
