An educational service company in the Princeton, NJ area is recruiting for a Search Engine / Web Analytics Professional to fill a long-term freelance assignment.  We are looking for a professional with SEO experience and a strong understanding of direct marketing campaign management using search engines.  The ideal individual will have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:


Research and analyze key business drivers, trends and operating metrics

Perform keyword research and SEO copywriting for Web sites of varying sizes and complexity

Track all SEO activities, reporting on positioning and call to action results

Collaborate with web team, customer experience team, and SEM vendor to develop and implement SEO strategies

Communicate with clients on search issues



Requirements:


2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, agency-side preferred

Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools; specifically Web Trends

Solid understanding of standard SEO best practices

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking strategies

Knowledge of online ad placement, tracking, and reporting
