Senior Business Analyst

As our Senior Business Analyst, Search Engine Marketing, you will:

? Manage the analytics and operations of high volume US search engine campaigns such as Google, Yahoo!, and MSN ? Analyze and report to various levels of management on the performance of operations representing millions of dollars in monthly revenue ? Improve the efficiency of optimization processes to meet financial goals set by upper management ? Proactively identify and initiate major value-creation projects in the areas of keyword generation, keyword analytics, ad copy analytics, and bidding optimization ? Drive the implementation of strategic projects by coordinating operations across various technical and non-technical departments ? Identify and solve system reliability issues in coordination with engineering resources

Your qualifications include:

? 1 to 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical environment, with an emphasis on financials (Will consider candidates with less than one year of experience who demonstrate outstanding education credentials) ? The desire to take full ownership of and to be accountable for operations generating millions of dollars in monthly revenue ? Adaptable and resourceful self-starter with the inquisitiveness and hunger for problem solving ? The capacity to quickly grasp complex technical systems and concepts as well as interact with technical-minded team members ? A well-rounded profile with outstanding interpersonal skills, and the desire to grow into a leadership position in support of the company?s expansion ? BS / BA Degree in a business, economics, mathematics, or computer related field

Additional (desired) Skills ? Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills ? Basic knowledge of MS Access and SQL is a plus ? Experience in the Internet industry is not a requirement
