Job Description:
Venture backed e-Commerce company, leader in shopping enabled entertainment, currently seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support their growing online commerce business.

Specific responsibilities to include:

1.??????? Analyze online marketing and web site user behavior using quantitative and qualitative methodologies to provide succinct recommendations to improve web site performance and business objectives

?

2.???????Construct reporting process and templates for Client and internal stakeholders, manage overall project reporting

?

3.????????Engage key project stakeholders in the development and design of web site measurement solutions to meet business objectives and drive optimization

?

4.????????Drive the evaluation, customization and integration of online measurement systems to support the measurement and improvement of business objectives

?

5.?????????Lead technical developers in the customization and implementation of online tracking systems

?

6.?????????Design and execute testing and measurement plans to improve quantitative and qualitative business objectives

?

7.?????????Apply quantitative methodologies to provide forecasts relevant to Client?s online business objectives

?

This ideal candidate will offer a take-charge attitude with very close attention to detail and follow-up skills in addition to the ability to think outside the box and have a strong desire for results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this position as they will be frequently interacting with other functional areas of the business. This role requires someone who can identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Great organizational and time management skills on a personal and team level are a must.

Skills Required:

?????? BS Degree in Accounting, Finance and /or Logistics, or other Business related focus

?????? MBA Preferred

?????? Strong analytical and quantitative skills

?????? Strong ability to learn new skills and computer programs

?????? ?3+ years. Prefer some experience with a large e-commerce web site, cataloger or retailer

????? ?Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
