Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Summary of Duties:
We are seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst to work directly with various business teams within StubHub to support their reporting and analytic needs. This position is technical and will involve extensive use of Business Objects, Excel, and query tools including SQL. Strong analysis skills are a must. This is an excellent opportunity to help drive an exciting and growing function within StubHub.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Work cross-functionally with various business teams to determine their reporting and analysis requirements.
? Work with teams to determine prioritization.
? Develop reports using Business Objects, SQL, and Excel.
? Manage and deliver high-exposure reporting initiatives like Dashboarding and Performance Management.
? Develop Business Objects Universes that are used by other BI Analysts for reporting and analysis.
Skills and Abilities Needed:
? 4+ years of Business Intelligence, Database Marketing, or Business Analyst experience
? Demonstrated project management skills
? Excellent analytic skills
? Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL skills.
? 2+ years experience working with Business Objects or similar reporting suite
? Experience working with page tag-based web analytics data (Omniture, WebSideStory, or similar) not required but a plus
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to clearly set and manage expectations across the organization
? Proactive problem solving - able to identify problems and suggest solutions.
? Interests in sports and entertainment a plus.
? Excited about working in a challenging, fast-paced, high-growth and fun environment.
