Senior Interactive Designer Wanted for Entrepreneurial Dot-Com

Senior Interactive Designer wanted to join Entrepreneurial and Successful Dot-Com.

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a hands-on Interactive User Interface Designer with a desire to stretch into a broader role in user experience, metric based analysis and design.

This individual will create UI/Visual solutions, by analyzing data and using industry best practices in order to enhance the user experience and achieve higher conversion rate. This design position will also be responsible to manage monitor and facilitate testing of  various ideas and designs.  He/She will be responsible to report the findings of the tests and will provide designs and guidelines to implement the successful solutions.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Create visual design solutions that address business, brand, market, and user requirements
* Create consumer and conversion solutions based on evaluation of analytic data
* Prepare test plans and facilitate and supervise all stages of testing
* Create comps as necessary to implement results
* Work directly with engineering and QA group to ensure accuracy


SKILLS:

* A creative thinker with broad knowledge of user experience, graphic design, and online technology
* Strong communication/writing skills
* Detail oriented self starter
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
* Must have ability to own projects and take initiative to get the job done right
* Knowledge of Photoshop or Fireworks, Illustrator or Freehand, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat
* Experience with A/B and other forms of testing and segmentation is preferred
