Passkey is seeking a highly skilled engineer that can provide the full gamut of Networking, Systems, Configuration Management & Corporate infrastructure support.

Shared responsibilities include:
? Manage network devices & software (Routers, Load balancers)
? Maintain high levels of security (Firewalls, VPN, IDS, Encryption)
? Support a high-availability production infrastructure and application suite
? Windows & Linux support
? Perform Release management of J2EE applications
? Provide 24/7 on call support in turn as part of a team
? Support, maintain & upgrade corporate desktops, servers, email and phone systems
? Install & maintain various third-party and open source software
? Maintain operational stability, and disaster recovery capability
? Maintain procedural documentation

Expertise in most of the following areas is a must:
? Minimum 7 years professional IT experience
? Current MCSE certification
? Linux administration experience
? DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
? Microsoft Office, Exchange, Outlook
? SPAM filtering and Anti-virus tools
? Windows 2000 & 2003 security
? Cisco Pix, Foundry ServerIron, Checkpoint - strong Firewall & Load Balancer experience
? Strong understanding of Web-based application architectures
? Scripting language experience (one or more of Perl, PHP, Python, TCL or Shell)
? J2EE Application Server management
? Intrusion Detection Systems
? Network performance tracing and tuning

Desired qualifications include:
? Leadership qualities & experience
? CVS installation and upkeep
? Linux installation & administration
? Unix shell scripting
? Backup DBA skills
? Prior programming skills
? Basic understanding of Java

BS in Computer Science, Electronics, EE or Math is required
