Reports to: Director of Project Management

Based at: One Broad Street, Center City, Philadelphia

Job purpose:
Seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5-7 years project management experience in the field of software design and development or creative web production to join our growing team of user-centered design and development professionals.

Project manager is responsible for planning projects and directing multidisciplinary teams of technologists, designers and human factors professionals tasked with building innovative, user-centered design solutions for our clients. The right candidate will have solid experience managing non-technical teams as well as technical teams. Candidate must be able to handle multiple projects at once.

Exceptional communication, writing and consulting skills are required.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: High proficiency in Microsoft Project Skilled relationship manager Top notch writing skills Budget Management according to project definition. People Management according to project definition. Time Management according to project definition. Ambassadorship

Scale and territory indicators:
The successful candidate will be responsible for entire project success from project kickoff, through key check points with the client and the delivery teams, to conclusion and setting the ground work for next steps in accordance to sales efforts.

Other Requirements:

PMP Certification desired
May be based in Philadelphia or outsourced to specific client engagements. Up to 50% travel.
