Senior Recruiter for Hot Start-up Company

Revolution Health, one of Washington D.C.'s fastest growing companies is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our exciting team.  Successful candidate should have 5-7 years of experience.  Revolution is a true 'start up' environment.  The right candidate should enjoy a fast paced workplace and must have the ability to multi-task.  Will be responsible for the following:

 

Roles including sourcing, attracting, and screening new candidates and employees for various Revolution positions. Recruiter will use various sources to identify quality talent, create sourcing strategies, build relationships with managers and candidates.  Must have a creative, think outside the box mentality in order to acquire talent in a competitive market. Current experience recruiting mid to senior level Software Engineers, QA Engineers, UI Designers, Architects, DBAs and Technical Project Managers is required.
