Title: Senior Strategy Analyst

 

Opportunity:

This position will play a key role in Shutterfly?s strategic planning and M&A activities.  The Business Development & Corporate Development team is looking for an exemplary, self-motivated individual to perform a broad range of functions with a primary focus on performing strategic and market-based analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and assisting on M&A implementation. 

 

Responsibilities:Investigate & research new business opportunities & marketsAnalyze market potential for new productsHelp drive strategic, cross-functional projectsAnalyze potential M&A opportunitiesExecute on the set of operational processes that support the Business Development and Corporate Development Group

 

Requirements:Must have a Bachelors Degree, and at least three years experience from a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank.  Will also consider at least three years experience from a premier Corporate Strategy group.  Experience in technology preferred ? Internet, software, or e-commerce.Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical ability. Able to conduct structured strategic analysis (structuring an issues and analyzing alternative solutions)Be able to quickly establish credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the Company.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skillsSolid team playerHigh-energy and self-starterGood understanding of the online photo services space
