Our client, a global marketing communication and services company, seeks a talented professional to join their International Compliance Team in a senior role. The incumbent will possess the following:

7+ years experience in a large corporate environment 5 of which is has been working within the international compliance area CPA, MS in Tax preferred FAS 109 Extensive multiple foreign entity exposure including Form 5471 Big 4 ? Public/Private experience
