Responsibilities:

? apply strong SharePoint development skills to the analysis, design, development, integration, installation, implementation and support of Microsoft centered custom applications

? participate in full project life cycle from pre-sales to deployment. 

? resolve business and technical problems which require an intimate knowledge of Microsoft development technologies including C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET and .NET Framework

? work independently and in conjunction with a team of engineers.

? manage and mentor junior staff.

? assist in the hiring process.

 

Experience Requirements:

- 3+ years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation and support of large complex applications

- Strong Microsoft focused background working with SPS 2003, SPS 2001, Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Web Part Development

- Strong knowledge of other technologies such as XML/XSL/XSD, Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, and InfoPath Development

-Excellent client interactions skills required as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

Desired Skills:

- Prior consulting experience

- Project leadership/management experience

- MCSD or MCSD for .NET

- BizTalk and/or Commerce Sever
