Site Content Coordinator

Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX), the world's largest online DVD movie rental service --- offering 4.9 million members access to 60,000 titles -- seeks a self-motivated, conscientious, web-savvy, detail-oriented, Site Content Coordinator to join our Los Angeles movie content team.

Under the supervision of the Site Content Manager, the Site Content Coordinator will be responsible for gathering all website content for upcoming releases -- both theatrical and new to DVD -- that will be posted on the Netflix website. In addition, the coordinator will monitor, track, and review the New Title information, collect artwork for the website, and categorize movies into genres and collections based on established guidelines to ensure timely delivery of our product. They will work closely with the Senior Content Coordinator to manage all additions, changes, and corrections to Title Content. This position will also manage title integrity with regard to Box Art, title data maintenance, etc. for our existing 60,000 titles as well as all new titles added to the Netflix library.

? Excellent verbal and written communication, project management, organization, prioritization, follow-up and multi-tasking skills
? Proficient with Microsoft Office and Windows based applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook
? Proficient with Photoshop
? Ability to shift priorities as required to meet and exceed expectations as well as work with a sense of urgency to provide results
? Extreme attention to detail, high level of conscientiousness and pride in work as well as goals accomplished
? Excellent problem solving skills
? Self motivated individual with ability to set and meet daily performance goals
? Minimum 1-year Studio Home Entertainment experience preferred
? Light travel may be required
? BA/BS Preferred
