Software Developer ? Flash/Flex

Responsibilities:
? Develop Flash and Flex based web applications & demos
? Integrate applications with standards compliant HTML and CSS
? Create modular and performant code for a database driven website
? Integrate with XML API

Skills and Interests:
? Software development background preferred
? Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
? Pro-active and collaborative mindset
? Commitment to quality
? Ability to work in a start-up environment
? Passion for media sharing a must; detailed knowledge of video technologies a plus

Qualifications/Experience:
? 3+ years of experience developing high traffic consumer web applications
? Detailed knowledge of Flash (including Flash 9) and Flex
? Experience working in a rapid development environment
? Experience using and administering Linux
? Knowledge of CSS, HTML, Javascript, Java, Ruby, Python, Perl, PHP, C, Lisp, C++ is a plus
