Software Engineer IV - (IVR Programmer)

Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to maintain, develop, and test Periphonics IVR/CTI software applications. The position will work closely with the CTI Development Manager to insure Periphonics IVR/CTI development is in accordance with corporate goals and meeting customer needs.

Primary Responsibilities:
? Development of Periphonics IVR/CTI applications to meet Internal/External customer needs.
? System administration of Periphonics IVR/CTI software and system resources.
? Troubleshoot and resolve problems with Periphonics IVR/CTI applications on all Periphonics IVR/CTI systems.
? To create, maintain and modify voice files on all Periphonics IVR/CTI systems.
? Coordination with other system administrators and engineers to insure a secure, robust, scaleable production environment progressively integrated with other corporate information systems.
? Maintain voice recordings and to insure high quality and consistency across all applications as required.
? Create and maintain documentation regarding the Periphonics IVR/CTI systems, functions and applications.
? Develop Periphonics IVR/CTI status reports as needed.
? Evaluate report data for regulation of Periphonics IVR/CTI development.

Secondary Responsibilities:
? Coordinate with ACD engineers to ensure proper integration and reliability on all corporate Periphonics IVR/CTI applications deployed across the corporation.
Qualifications:
? Minimum two degree or demonstrated completion of minimum two years toward a four year degree.
? Demonstrated ability to deliver above average performance on a consistent basis.
? Knowledge of NT and UNIX systems administration and implementations, and four years of Periphonics programming knowledge required.
? Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
? Ability to adapt to and work effectively in a fast-paced, flexible environment.
