The ideal candidate will be asked to partake in the following responsibilities:
Customer interaction including resolving technical support and customer service issuesSoftware development (programming) based on provided requirementsDocumentation creation including specifications, requirements and manualsProspect interaction during the sales process
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
At least 3 years of experience in software development (ASP/PHP/VB)At least 2 years of experience in SQL-based database applicationsAt least 1 years of experience with server administration (Windows/Linux)At least 4 years of experience in web development (HTML/JavaScript/DHTML/XML)Proficiency in use of the internet and common productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc?)Excellent written and verbal skills
