Job Description:

This position will review all company software from the staff perspective to report both defective software and potential client issues.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
? Evaluate current staff software for ease of use and functionality.
? Report all issues to the Problem Resolution Manager.
? Troubleshoot software errors and report or resolve when appropriate.
? Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
? Intermediate HTML skills with familiarity with FTP protocols and UNIX servers.
? Familiarity with Perl, MySQL, and JavaScript.
? High degree of professionalism.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
? Proven team player.
? Ability to interface effectively with all levels of employees/management.
? Ability to stay focused on the task at hand, ensuring that timelines are met and operations are not adversely impacted.
? Eligible to work in the U.S.
