Sr. Manager, Domestic Tax

Description: o Consult on all areas of domestic tax and global tax provision accounting.
o Perform effective tax rate analysis and modeling
o Manage domestic audits for income, sales and use and property taxes
o Oversee the global equity compliance and reporting processes.
o Assist in tax due diligence or integrations on M&A projects.
o Identify and implement domestic tax planning opportunities and resolve domestic technical tax issues.
o Assist in management of tax compliance preparation with external outsourced partners.
o Coordination of SOX 404 compliance

Qualifications:
o Minimum education: Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Accounting or Business (or equivalent)
o MS Taxation or JD preferred but not required, Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
o 8-12 years of experience in public accounting and industry
o Must have exceptional accounting, analytical and research skills
o Strong project and people management and organizational skills
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o CorpTax Experience preferred but not required
o Must be a hands-on, self motivator willing to work cross functionally with other departments
