Salary: 40-50hr DOE
Type: Contract
Senior developer for custom software development, maintenance and support. Demonstrated experience with structured development practices including adherence to standards, UML, database normalization rules, code re-use through modules, or other., and is able to work independently, and mentoring characteristics.
Required to demonstrate experience with the Visual Studio .NET, ASP.Net environment, C#, VB.Net, Microsoft IIS and Microsoft SQL/Oracle/DB2 UDB.
Expert knowledge of the Windows Server 2003 IIS environment
Experience with Unix/Linux a plus
Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS and web security architecture
Must be able to work with a team; must be able to work individually
Positive attitude, execution focused
Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
Good knowledge of Unix/Linux
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Server and IIS
Must have experience with RDBMS (SQL, Oracle or DB2, etc)
Must have C#, .VB.NET, Java a plus
Demonstrated ability to integrate design with strategy, research, and technology.
XML development experience using DTD and XSD. XML development should include use of Castor 0.9+, DOM4J 1.5+
Knowledge of industry standards including W3C, IETF, Web Services, WSDL
