CyberSource provides businesses with services and software designed to automate the processing of web, phone and other customer-not-present credit card and check transactions.  Our complete suite of hosted transaction services and software products includes real time fraud screening, verification and compliance services to ensure our customers are transacting safely and are in compliance with state and federal commerce regulations.

 

We?re looking for a Sr. Network Engineer to join our Operations teams in supporting our global, mission critical transaction services network.This will include supporting internal and external networks centered around our co-location datacenters located on three continents.  In this role, you will be responsible for senior level troubleshooting and support of a sophisticated switched, multi-platform / multi-protocol LAN/WAN network.  Duties include, but are not limited too:  troubleshooting, support, design, security, documentation, equipment configuration, performance and ensuring the highest availability of our networks.

 

The successful candidate will need the following:

 7+ years relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a distributed network environment required.Proven knowledge and adherence to structured change management processes required.Expert knowledge of Cisco routers, switches and IOS required.Thorough understanding of BGP, EIGRP and GRE required.Experience with Ethernet, Fast/Gigabit Ethernet, Frame Relay, T1, T3, ISDN and X.25 is required.Experience with Cisco IOS-FW is required.Experience with F5 Big-IP is required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Prior experience managing projects.Bachelor?s Degree in related technical or business discipline is desired.
