Sr. Product Manager-Online Banking High Net Worth Segment

Job Description: Join Wells Fargo?s Online Banking team to manage a new set of online services and functionality that will be targeted towards the High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth customer segments. As a senior product manager in Wells Fargo?s Internet Services Group, you will help set the strategic direction for the online experience that will be catered to Wells Fargo?s most valuable customers.

Specific Responsibilities
? Work closely with business and system stakeholders across Wells Fargo?s Internet Services Group, Wholesale Banking Group, and Private Client Services organization to gain agreement on the vision and priorities for the online experience. Conduct customer and competitive research as necessary to support the development of this vision.
? Develop the functional, business and architectural roadmap of the online product enhancements.
? Support the development of financial business cases to evaluate and justify individual product enhancement opportunities.
? Serve as the primary business proponent during the development and implementation phases of new online functionality. This involves leading cross-functional teams with representation from groups such as Customer Service, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, etc.
? It is expected that this position will lead over time to also include management responsibilities of other product managers, who will also focus on building out new online services that cater to the Ultra High Net Worth segment.


Minimum Qualifications: ? Undergraduate degree from a four-year university. MBA preferred.
? 6 or more years of work experience for an Internet-based company or Web-based Software company in a product strategy or product management role
? Strong communication, interpersonal and team facilitation skills
? Strong analytical skills


Preferred Skills: ? Work experience in the brokerage, investment management and/or trust businesses
? Experience working with Wells Fargo technology systems
? Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
? Series 7 securities license
