Position Description

We?re looking for a Sr. Risk Manager to join our rapidly growing BidPay wholly owned subsidiary to take charge of the risk management and fraud prevention for this new, auction payment service.  The Sr. Risk Manager will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting fraud trends to identify our risk exposure; then defining, implementing and continuing to manage strategies to mitigate this risk using current CyberSource fraud management tools and creating new tools where necessary.  This will include creating and managing our chargeback dispute process.  Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build, manage and continue to grow a dedicated team of order review and fraud analysts.

 

Although our preference is for the Sr. Risk Manager to be based in our newly created Salt Lake City, UT office, we are open to this person being based in either our CyberSource Corporate Headquarters in Mountain View, CA or our BidPay headquarters in Denver, CO.

 

The successful candidate will need:

 Expertise in online and customer not present risk management and fraud prevention.Experience with auction and user to user payment processing and fraud prevention.  Strong knowledge of fraud prevention tools.  Experience with CyberSource fraud prevention tools is preferred.Demonstrated success identifying existing fraud trends, forecasting emerging fraud trends and developing strategies to combat these trends.Prior experience managing chargeback dispute processes.Experience hiring, training and managing teams.Bachelor?s degree.
