Sr. Web Designer

We have experienced double digit growth quarter over quarter throughout 2005, and each month thus far in 2006 has been a record month. We forecast continued quarter over quarter growth throughout 2006.
Due to our growth and new business launches, we are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Web Designer to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for web and graphic design for multiple websites across various organizations. The primary qualification for this position is the ability to create original graphic artwork and webpage templates using DHTML/CSS having a very high degree of visual appeal and professional look / feel.
Responsibilities to include:Website design including the development of company-wide visual design standards; original graphics and illustrations; integration and manipulation of stock photos; creation of original website templates;Hands-on website development and testing;Insuring maximum usability and functionality of each website;Interacting and coordinating with various departments to insure best results;Ability to create draft designs and mockups on short notice
Requirements:4-6 years design experience;Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and other graphic and web design programs;Proficiency in HTML/DHTML, JavaScript and other scripting languages;Working knowledge of PHP programming a real plus;Comfort with a fast-paced environment;Deadline oriented;Great attitude and team player;Sense of humor
