Testing Analyst

Our client is a leader in the Search Engine Marketing field.


Summary of Position


This position is responsible for bringing a high degree of insight and analysis to all of the Search Engine Marketing activities so as to identify and quantify the impact testing can have on growth and business results for clients.  This will be done primarily through the recommendation of strategic testing that will allow clients to continually learn and grow. The successful candidate will develop test and control scenarios, perform analyses, report on results and make recommendations for next steps.



Responsibilities:


Design and execute testing and measurement plans to improve quantitative and qualitative business objectives

Construct reporting process and templates for Client and internal stakeholders, manage overall project reporting

Organize, analyze, and compare relevant data from multiple sources; to identify trends, patterns, and exceptions; and to quickly develop hypotheses for further investigation and action

Continually search for new opportunities for testing based client’s business goals

Engage key project stakeholders in the development and design of measurement solutions to meet business objectives and drive optimization

Provide strong communication of measurement insights to Client and internal stakeholders

Apply quantitative methodologies to provide forecasts relevant to Client's search objectives

Ability to work quickly and accurately

Demonstrates a strong record of professional achievement in their work

Understanding of database design and analysis concepts

Possesses very strong Excel and quantitative analysis skills

Excellent oral, written and Client presentation skills

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, financial analysis, computer science, statistics or economics

2+ years experience in the online marketing or website analysis, including understanding of online measurement systems' infrastructure
