Top Level Retention Specialist

Top position in a call center that services a major Internet service provider. The position involves addressing issues of members looking to cancel service and insuring their continued membership. There is an exceptional base plus commission plan that significantly rewards good performers. Agents will be expected to meet performance goals each month. Position is located in a state of the art call center with a client that favors promoting from within.

Qualifications include:

*HS diploma or equivalent

*Prior call center experience preferred

*Good phone skills as well as a willingness to learn the sales process and follow scripts are required.

*Must have sales experience and a positive attitude.

*Ideal employment backgrounds include prior retention, collection, outbound telemarketing, or commission-based sales experience.

All candidates must have the flexibility to work until 10pm, and be available to work weekends. A criminal background check required.
