User Experience Designer

We're looking for a web user experience designer with a passion for creating simple, intuitive, innovative designs that meet user needs, as well as business and technical requirements. Candidates should have a focus on user centered design and the ability to work with a small project team in a fast paced environment. Strong usability, information architecture, interaction design and user interface design skills are required. Should be a designer first, developer or programmer second.

Tasks
Establish structured design systems for information architecture, navigation, and user experience.
Examine client's business challenges and create solutions to improve online processes and experiences.
Develop requirements documents, site flow diagrams, use cases, usability studies, user experience wire frames, and functional specs.
Clearly communicate concepts to clients.

Requirements
Concrete understanding of HCI principles, usability best practices, user research methods, and usability testing.
Experience translating research into sound design decisions.
Experience combining business and creative goals.
Familiarity with modern web design and development tools and practices. Design and development skills a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for significant client interaction.
