Vertical Sales Executive

eForce Media, a leader in online lead generation is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our sales team at our Santa Monica, CA based company.

 

The Vertical Sales Executive will play a major role in aggressively growing and managing a vertical category for eForce Media. The successful candidate has 5+ years of experience working in sales/business development, with lead generation experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
Research prospective business clients, assess competitive landscape, and manage the pipeline of potential Sales clients.

 
Work closely with Sales Account Manager to continue to service, grow and retain customers.

 
Achieve rapid growth and at the same time create a highly strategic approach to developing and managing near and long term relationships within both new and existing clients.

 
Analyze overall client deal performance, develop initiatives designed to grow the business in new areas, and identify areas to drive future improvement.

 
Build an understanding of the market and act as a key liaison between eForce Media and the client.

 
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

 

Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor?s degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.

 
A thorough understanding of the online advertising marketplace, specifically performance-based media, and client buying processes and needs.  Lead Generation experience a plus.

 
5 + years professional experience in the media marketplace with a role in Business Development and/or Sales.

 
Excellent track record of developing strong client relationships and driving sales to meet or exceed quota.

 
Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

 
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

 
Strong teamwork skills, and highly motivated to achieve team / individual goals and work in a self-managed environment.

 
Some travel to industry events and client meetings

 

Compensation:

 

Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, with solid base, commissions and benefits, as well as significant upside potential in stock options.
