Virtual Administrator

Convio is an Internet software and services company that provides online Constituent Relationship Management (eCRM) solutions for nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions.  Our Virtual Administrator will be responsible for assisting Convio clients with content management services within our portfolio of value added interactive services.  This position will be based in our Austin, TX office.  Local candidates only please!Description:Responsible for delivering a variety of content management services for Convio clients utilizing the Convio product.Serve as outsourced Webmaster with our "Virtual Webmaster" offeringIndividual will be required to project manage, track and report on all content services provided Individual will be responsible for developing the processes and infrastructure necessary to streamline this growing services area Requirements:Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Excellent computer/internet skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.Strong proficiency with Photoshop, Fireworks or comparable graphics editing program.Strong understanding of core Web development concepts (HTML, CSS).Proven propensity to learn new technologies.Excellent communication skills. Proven ability to listen and empathize with the client?s situation. Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience. Ability to foster credibility with a technical audience.Solid PC skills to facilitate testing, trouble-shooting, call logging, and problem solving.Self-starter, self-directed and independent thinker; professional appearance and presentation.Strong multi-tasking, time and stress management skills. Knowledge of non-profit community a plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Knowledge of advanced interpersonal interaction techniques and an understanding of when to employ different techniques depending on the situation.
