WEB DEVELOPER
Responsibilities:
The Web Developer will participate in the creation, production, and maintenance of high-profile e-commerce Internet sites. As an integral member of the Online Properties Department, their responsibilities will be quite varied; a flexible, positive attitude will be essential. Multi-tasking and the ability to handle a wide variety of assignments very quickly will be vital. Development, implementation and maintenance will be a priority. The Web Developer will play a pivotal role in a current migration to PHP and possible future introduction of Java or .NET-based applications to our sites.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will command a thorough knowledge of both PHP, and one of the following: Java or .NET. 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce development is required. A working knowledge of XML and SQL as well as a basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows 2003 Server administration is preferred. Previous experience with InterWorld Commerce Exchange, Linux, DHTML and other web site development tools will be considered an asset.
Must live within driving distance of our company or be willing to relocate at your own expense.
