The Website Production Artist will report to the Director of Web Marketing.  This individual will be responsible for supporting Rewards Network website marketing by creating and delivering proposed site mockups based on existing templates which are then used for client approval and technical design specification.  This individual will also be responsible for developing requested banner advertisements and various web generated communications.   

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Update templates for web sites and maintain and update ongoing web content  Design and develop banner advertising and promotional landing pagesAdhere to existing branding guidelines and work to develop additional creative enhancementsCollaborate and communicate during the development and production of design with creative, technical and business development teams Create optimized image assets for appropriate navigation elements, images, Flash animations and rollovers using various imaging tools & styles

 

REQUIREMENTS: Degree in advertising, design, IT or related field2+ years of design in a web-focused creative department (agency or client side)A proven track record of delivering against deadlines with work that meets or exceeds expectationsDetails oriented work styleAble to effectively manage time and projects without being micro-managed.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, AcrobatKnowledge of HTML and Flash, cascading style sheets & JavaScriptKnowledge of web design using both table and table-less (CSS2) layoutsRequires ability to multi-task and have high attention to detail while using the ability to comprehend complex scenarios, stay focused and meet tight deadlinesMust have the flexibility to successfully deal with changes in the working environment and be comfortable in an independent roleUser-centered design and/or in information architecture, background a plusFamiliarity with travel or dining industry a plus

 

The salary range is $40,000-55,000, commensurate with experience, plus great benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, etc).  Rewards Network offers excellent advancement opportunity as we first look to promote from within.
