WEb Site Designer/Developer

Position Overview: Works with the online marketing team responsible for the design, layout and programming of web sites for direct response clients. This position is ideal for a creative-minded designer with an ?under-the-hood? knowledge of web development and the technical ability to execute creative ideas on the web. Responsibilities will include creating web site designs, working with the Account Service team in presenting creative to clients, the full layout of that creative and the front-end programming of the finished web site. The position will require in-depth working knowledge of the front-end, including cross-browser compatible HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript and other client side development technologies such as Flash. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple simultaneous project assignments and work well in team environments. REQUIREMENTS?2+ years experience working in the interactive web development field, with specific experience in web design and execution ?A basic understanding of the issues surrounding online marketing including banners, e-mail, SEM, SEO and affiliate marketing ?Advanced competency in Adobe PhotoShop, ImageReady and other related web development applications ?Ability to write and modify (x)HTML, DHTML CSS and JavaScript as well as a fundamental understanding of the technologies involved in a typical web development project ?Ability to work toward aggressive deadlines requiring non-traditional schedule commitments ?Self motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
