Web Content Production Manager

We currently have an opening for a Web Content Production Manager.

 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

?  Utilize in-depth knowledge of production to produce effective and best-in-class websites for attorneys. Create content processes, standards of excellence and implement within team of content writers and editors.

?  Manage production and cost schedules on a daily basis. Ensure production of content is executed in a timely and efficient manner and resources are allocated appropriately. Establish quality standards and measurements to deliver a high quality product. Audit, edit and provide quality assurance on work product on a daily basis.

?  Direct management accountability for team of content writers and attorney editors. Includes hiring key talent, establishing performance standards, coaching, development planning and salary administration. Staff consists of internal and contract writers.

?  Develop and Manage relationships with external customers and field sales representatives on matters related to content. Clarify, set expectations, and resolve issues.

?  Effectively interface with other Customer Operations Managers for fulfillment and process improvement initiatives. Includes Project Management and Design Management, Search Engine Management, Development and Directories Management and Scheduling Management.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

Education

?  4 year degree

?  Minimum of 4 years experience in web content development required, or equivalent

?  Experience with people and large scale project management responsibilities

?  Prefer JD

Knowledge and Skills

?  Team leadership experience; understanding of team and work group dynamics

?  Excellent verbal and written skills

?  Demonstrated ability to respond to deadline pressures and be highly organized

?  Demonstrated presentation skills in small and large groups

?  Demonstrated analytical ability

?  Broad business knowledge

?  Business / strategic planning experience
