Responsibilities:

?  Play a key role in development process including, initial project requirements, wire framing, mock-up, and UI design.

?  Solid working knowledge of HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, JSP, Flash, and Photoshop.

?  Must have excellent graphical and design skills, proven experience in laying out HTML Web Pages

?  Candidate will be required to create/maintain HTML inside of Emails and design graphical templates for email campaigns.

?  Support the Web-Team (internet marketing specialists, software engineers, etc.) with technical skill, creative assistance, constructive feedback and production expertise.

?  Experience working with software programmers in a Web-application environment.

?  Familiarity deploying Web-sites on Apache or IIS and handling SSLs.

?  Strong communication and written skills a must.

?  Design Internet Marketing campaigns as needed.

?  Develop interactive Flash experiences as needed (training, etc.)

?  Experience in designing print marketing materials and web copywriting a plus.

?  Other duties as assigned and/or required.

 

Requirements:

 

?  Min. 3+ years in Website Design/HTML

?  HTML, Photoshop, Flash, DHTML, javascript.

?  Excellent attention to detail

?  Good understanding of web content management systems.  

?  Good understanding of software development process

?  Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines

?  Exceptional customer service, communication, and organization skills are required.

?  Position based in Plymouth, MN.
