Web Developer/ Coldfusion, ASP, HTML Javascript

SUMMARY:  Creates tools through programming and process to enhance communication within the agency.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:  College Degree required

  Must know the following technologies:

Working knowledge of at least one scripting program

Language (ColdFusion (preferred), PHP, ASP, Perl)

LDAP

Microsoft Windows

MAC OSX

Working understanding of UNIX

Microsoft Office

HTML/Javascript

Database fundamentals



Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to multi-task

 

 

SUPERVISOR:  VP, Director of Software Development

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

 

Manage the flow of employee information (names, titles, product assignments) throughout the agency

 

Work with HR, IT, and Finance to implement identity and security in LDAP, EAS, and other enterprise systems

Coordinate the collection of materials for the  Intranet from agency divisions

 

Create and edit intranet web pages as needed

 

Develop tools (through both programming and process) to enhance communication within the agency and to automate manual process

 

Manage the intranet change process, error checking, and rollout

 

Create and edit intranet web pages as needed

 

Seek out new technologies and opportunities for innovation and improving processes

 

Provide supervisor with daily status updates

 

Participate in annual performance reviews

 

Perform other assignments as necessary
