Arkansas Information Consortium (AIC), a subsidiary of NICUSA [Nasdaq: EGOV, www.nicusa.com], manages the state of Arkansas Web portal, www.Arkansas.gov.  AIC develops, maintains and hosts eGovernment sites and applications. AIC is located in Little Rock and is seeking a qualified Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will have experience managing multiple web development projects, building strong business relationships with all levels of management, and have the ability to deliver quality work in a timely fashion.

? Experience managing multiple web development projects simultaneously

? Experience in writing technical documentation preferred

? Demonstrated knowledge of consulting methodologies, process mapping, needs assessments and analysis

? Strong communication and presentation skills

? Strong Analytical and problem solving skills

? eCommerce experience preferred

? Bachelors Degree preferred (extensive experience will be considered)

? Well organized with a sense of urgency and have a creative mind, excellent follow-up and writing skills

? Proven ability to assign, guide and monitor the work of others

? Proven ability to motivate dispersed team personnel to produce quality work on time and within budget.

? Proven ability to communicate effectively with business customers, senior management, peers and project staff.
